What we collect
Your WHOP account email and display name (passed to us when you sign in), the time zone and experience level you pick during onboarding, the homework charts you upload, the comments you and your instructor write, and the buddy check-ins you submit.
Advertising
We run ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel plus Meta's Conversions API to measure them — on the public pages of this site and the welcome page shown right after a purchase, never inside the member app. That records page views, when you start checkout, and a completed purchase, along with your hashed email address and the cookie identifiers Meta's pixel sets in your browser. We send this so Meta can tell which ad led to a sale; we do not sell or share it for any other purpose. You can opt out in your Meta ad preferences or by blocking third-party trackers in your browser or an ad blocker.
What we don't collect
PostHog is configured identified_only — no PostHog event fires before you sign in. We don't sell, share, or syndicate anything to advertisers beyond the Meta measurement above.
Payments
WHOP holds billing for members who joined that way. Members who bought through the site checkout are billed by Stripe, our payment processor. Either way we never see card numbers or billing addresses. Manage a WHOP membership on whop.com.
