InnerCircleGirl is a trading-education academy. Everything here — lessons, quizzes, instructor feedback, trading plans, and buddy discussions — is educational and general in nature. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing is a personalized recommendation. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and trades.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Your access is personal to you — keep your login private and don't share it.
Accounts & access
You sign in with WHOP; access to the academy depends on an active membership. We may suspend or remove access for misuse, non-payment, or conduct that harms other members or the academy.
Payments
Billing is handled entirely by WHOP. We never see your card details. Pricing, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by WHOP's terms and the offer you purchased; manage your membership there.
Acceptable use
Lessons, videos, and materials are for your personal learning. Don't copy, record, download, resell, redistribute, or share academy content or your access with anyone, and don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass access controls. Don't post unlawful, harassing, or harmful content in comments, buddy chats, or anywhere on the platform.
Our content & yours
The curriculum, videos, branding, and materials are owned by InnerCircleGirl and its licensors. Content you submit — homework charts, comments, check-ins, trading plans — stays yours; you grant us a limited license to store and display it to operate the academy (e.g. so your instructor and buddy can review it).
Emails
As a member you may receive academy emails — important account and class updates, plus occasional news and announcements. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops those at any time. We don't sell your email address.

Disclaimers & liability
The academy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, InnerCircleGirl is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its educational content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the academy evolves; we'll update the date above when we do. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
